Dockage is available on a first-come, first-serve basis and is conveniently close to the unit, typically always accessible. Parking is a breeze, with ample space to accommodate either two cars or one car and a boat trailer beneath the home.

Parking is available for either two cars or one car and a boat trailer beneath the home, ensuring a secure and convenient setup under the building.

Within proximity, you'll find two public beaches and a state park. Coco Plum is a mere 6-minute drive away, Sombrero Beach is a 15-minute drive, and Curry Hammock State Park is just 8 minutes from the home.

Booking Policies:
Minimum Stay: A 7-night minimum stay is required by city regulations, with no exceptions. The city determines the maximum occupancy, and it cannot be exceeded, covering adults, children, and infants.
Cancellation Policy: We maintain a strict 60-day cancellation policy. If the cancellation is made at least 60 days before the arrival date you can cancel your reservation and receive a full refund, excluding processing and admin fees. If you cancel within 60 days of the arrival date and we are able to secure another booking for the same time by opening the calendar, you will receive a full refund, minus processing and admin fees. If we are unable to secure another rental for the specified time, the deposit will be the only amount refunded.
Contract: Upon confirmation of your booking by our office, you will receive an Adobe E-Sign contract for signing. Once signed, the contract will be automatically returned to us.

Beatifully appointed condo in a nice complex. Pool was wonderful, friendly neighbors. Ideal location for exploring the Keys. We did't have a boat, but enjoyed the Manatees at the dock area.

Our group of 4 had an excellent stay at this condo. Great location, wonderful pool, well equipped kitchen, great neighbors. We explored many nearby Keys attractions and restaurants. Saw a group of manatees at the dock and fed them fresh water. I highly recommend this property and the professionals at Keys Ocean Vacation Rentals!

A rental was perfect! We felt cozy and coastal! The house had everything you need in place. Tennis rackets, towels, plenty of cooking supplies. The saltwater heated pool was the crown jewel with our crowd! Great restaurants in walking distance.

We had the best time. Step right outside the front door and the pool is just steps away. A few more steps is a fully equipped dock. We rented a boat for 4 days and was able to dock right at the house. They had thought of everything to make our stay wonderful. Will definitely be rented this place again.

Our third year in a row vacationing in this lovely home was another wonderful experience. We found the home to be clean and organized. We really appreciated the new addition of refillable personal and home care products. The grounds are maintained well. The community is welcoming. San Pablo Church is easy walking distance and has daily mass.

Besides the weather not cooperating, the cable TV not working for the duration of our stay and both bedrooms being upstairs next to each other, the townhome had a great home like feel to it and even had a washer & dryer for us to use. Next time we won't pack as much clothing.
PS. the fridge is very slow in cooling down.(unfortunate brand)

We have been winter vacationing for eight years. We have now found our home away from home. This was our second time in Gulf Pointe I, unit 44 and we have already booked our third. The community is just the right size for us and the people are friendly. The pool is maintained very nicely. San Pablo Church is walking distance. The unit is well maintained and stocked. Things that we aren't entirely satisfied with are the range that is hard to regulate temperature, the noisy washer/dryer, and the difficult to open sliding doors. We understand that the doors will be replaced this spring. This year the home wasn't nearly as clean as it was last. There also was a broken stool in the master bedroom. I already talked to the property manager for awareness. Overall we are very happy as evident by our rebooking. Thank you!

We had a great time! The home is nicely decorated, well equipped, clean and the grounds are beautiful! Plenty of parking for our trailer underneath the home. Loved the bait fridge and ice machine. Dockage was adequate for our boat. The complex was very quite. Most of the units are apparently owned by snow birds, so most of the time we had the pool to ourselves. I would highly recommend this place. The staff and crew of the management company were also great. Thanks again for a wonderful vacation.

This unit has everything you need, was super clean and loved the layout & decor! Truly all we needed to bring were our clothes and food! Loved the view, easy access to pool and having a dock (we rented a boat). Marathon offers every water activity on your bucket list and short drive to Key West or any other spots along the way.Our only Cons -but not deal breakers- master shower is small-a tight fit for my spouse who's 6'4" 230lbs, washer/dryer loud and takes a while to do all of the towels-so plan accordingly, and glass coffee table was sharp-but bought a pool noodle for the edges. We would love to stay here again next time we visit the Keys.

Condo was spacious! Loved the layout of sleeping rooms up and living area down. Kitchen was well stocked (even had Keurig machine). Any questions I had were answered quickly.
Pros: Near all major sites in Marathon, yet very private and quiet area with only 20 family units I believe. Many times we were the only ones enjoying the pool, although it could accommodate many! Everything was clean, nice. Dock was fun to go out on. Would rent a kayak next time as kids enjoyed snorkeling out there but there are rays and nurse sharks so kayak would be best. Shaded parking! Wrap around double balconies so you could always sit outside in the shade - evening breezes were amazing! I think we ate out here almost every night. Felt very safe here.
Cons: No umbrellas or small tables poolside. Beds in our unit were VERY Firm.

The condo was great, the property was actually better than the description. The unit was beautiful, the property was great, and the people who live there full time were extremely friendly. The property was clean and well maintained. The instructions for the property were easy to follow. I would definitely recommend this property to friends and family. We have been coming to the Keys for 15 years, so we visited Sombrero Beach, Coco Plum Beach, plus the State Parks: Curry Hammock and Bahia Honda. Other activities: scuba diving, deep-sea fishing, Turtle Hospital Tour, going to Key West for the day, enjoying the pool on the property, and fishing from the dock. We ate at SS Wreck and Galley Grill, Sparky's, and El Nina twice.

Our experience was fantastic! The unit was well stocked, very clean, and comfortable. The grounds aren't luxury but are well maintained. The pool and docks were not overcrowded. The community is a blend of renters and home owners and all were friendly and welcoming. The area feels safe even though not gated. The Marathon airport is very close and quite active however the noise level was not a burden. The community has a recycle center with easy access and clear instructions.

This was our third year for renting unit 44 in March. We truly love the unit, great to work with the owners, and also Marathon Vacation rentals. This time the corona virus hit. We were told by one of the other unit owners we had to leave when in fact we had a legitimate rental period. We had other issues with that owner but decided to leave ten days early to facilitate our trip home. Not sure if we will return next season.

Excellent place to stay. We had a great time and the home had everything we needed. Loved cooking in for dinner some nights. Within walking distance to two different restaurants/bars Sparkys and Island Fish Company. The pool was clean and heated only wish the water was a little warmer. Nice view from the balconies. Beds very comfortable. Kept finding extras including 2 beach chairs, 2 umbrellas, fishing poles, etc. close to Sombrero Beach which we loved.

Great! Well appointed condominium. Beautiful pool area. Unfortunately, roofing work continues due to Hurricane Irma but the condo was awesome.

We visited this property with Paulette in 2016 before deciding to spend the 2017 winter (Jan-Mar) here so we knew what to expect. We were not disappointed! This unit (#44) was completely redone recently and it showed. Everything was in great shape and the unit lacked nothing! This unit has water views and pool views. Our only criticism is with the WIFI. It is Comcast which was somewhat unreliable. Other than that we would highly recommend this unit. Paulette Thompson and her staff are great to work with!
Everything was wonderful. This unit was in a great location. Everything was extremely clean and everything was in good condition. Lots of room on the balconies to sit outside and relax. It is centrally located in the keys so visiting anywhere in the keys is a reasonable drive. There is also tons of things to do in Marathon. There was some construction being done on some of the other units, but it did not interfere with any of our plans and were very respectful. If this type of thing would bother you, I would inquire about if the construction is complete. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone wanting to stay in Marathon.
