For pet lovers, this home accommodates two dogs weighing less than 50 lbs, subject to a non-refundable pet fee of $250 (larger pets may be considered with prior approval). The Florida Keys offer several dog-friendly attractions, including Coco Plum Beach, Marathon Dog Park, and The Dolphin Research Center. Should you not be traveling with a pet, kindly inform us, and we will adjust the charge accordingly.

Booking Policies:
Minimum Stay: A 7-night minimum stay is required by city regulations, with no exceptions. The city determines the maximum occupancy, and it cannot be exceeded, covering adults, children, and infants.
From November - April, there is an additional $250 charge/week for pool heat. We do recommend heating the pool during this time for optimal comfort and enjoyment. You may contact us if you do not want to have the pool heat on, for a $250 discount.
Cancellation Policy: We maintain a strict 60-day cancellation policy. If the cancellation is made at least 60 days before the arrival date you can cancel your reservation and receive a full refund, excluding processing and admin fees. If you cancel within 60 days of the arrival date and we are able to secure another booking for the same time by opening the calendar, you will receive a full refund, minus processing and admin fees. If we are unable to secure another rental for the specified time, the deposit will be the only amount refunded.
Contract: Upon confirmation of your booking by our office, you will receive an Adobe E-Sign contract for signing. Once signed, the contract will be automatically returned to us.

We recently rented this property for 5 families including 9 children. This property was absolutely perfect. There were plenty of bedrooms with comfortable and large beds all with an en-suite bathroom. We were all able to be together but also had our own personal space. The laundry room was great with 3 washer and dryers along with a large ice machine.
The kitchen was well equipped with everything you could need and there was a convenient wet bar and fridge in the downstairs pool area. The pool was wonderful with great afternoon and evening sun. We had jet skis for the week and the canal had quick access to the ocean. Beach is only a quick walk away. Location is perfect and convenient to anything you may need in Marathon.
There were a few things we needed to point out to the rental company: a broken door handle and dirty grills but we otherwise had zero issues.
We would highly recommend to anyone with a large group. This place has it all.

Bumpa's Big House is beautiful. We were a group of 16 and everyone was very comfortable. The proerty was very clean; th pool and hot-tub were amazing; the sitting areas are superb; customer service was wonderful; location was great - near the beach and shopping areas. The one problem we had was taken care of right away. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay.
The one suggestion I would like to make is that the property be made more accessible. It is not ideal for oder people or people with disabilities. A lift or elevator would have been ideal in this three-story building, especially since the main kitchen and eating area is on the third floor. We wsould really like to return to Bumpa's Big House next New Year's, but we would need for it to be more accessible. Thank you.

This is a beautiful home. The management was awesome too. We had 2 families with a total of 15 and no one felt crowded. The pool and spa was gorgeous! The lower level was perfect for us! We had THE best time! Would highly recommend to family reunions, large crowds. It was great. Close to the stores. Perfect location. I can’t say enough about this home
