Bonefish Bungalow offers an idyllic vacation experience in the captivating Florida Keys, overlooking the picturesque Key Colony Channel. Situated in the Bonefish Yacht Club, a charming marina community. Whether you prefer watching boats navigate the channel from one of the two waterfront balconies, strolling the marina to check out the day's catch, fishing off the docks in the evening, taking a refreshing dip in the pool just outside your front door, or enjoying a short walk to Coco Plum Beach, this home offers a variety of activities to suit your desires.
This multi-level home features covered parking, a spacious storage closet complete with a bait freezer, two inviting patios, two master bedrooms, and a third bedroom on the main living level, furnished with bunk beds.
Home Features and Amenities:
- An open-concept living space with two patios, one of which is screened, providing scenic views of the Key Colony Channel.
- Recently updated bedding and linens, high-speed internet, large smart TVs, and a Wi-Fi-enabled printer/scanner.
- A dining area with seating for 6 and a kitchen bar counter with room for 4.
- A fully equipped kitchen with modern appliances.
- A spacious master suite with a king-sized bed, a private balcony, a full bathroom featuring a stall shower, soaking tub, double vanity, and a walk-in closet.
- A second master bedroom furnished with a king-sized bed and a full bathroom with a walk-in closet.
- The third bedroom, equipped with 2 bunk beds, with access to the third full bathroom on the main floor.
- A convenient washer and dryer on the third floor.
- An outdoor grill and picnic table for al fresco dining.
- Access to the community pool (heated and chilled), cabana, tennis courts, and pickleball.
- Parking space available for 2 vehicles.
You'll also find two public beaches and two state parks nearby. Coco Plum Beach is a quick 2-minute drive (or less than a mile walk), Sombrero Beach is just 15 minutes away, Curry Hammock State Park is a 7-minute drive.
For those who love traveling with their pet, we welcome your dog under 35 lbs for a non-refundable pet fee of $250. The Florida Keys offer numerous dog-friendly places, including Coco Plum Beach, Marathon Dog Park, and The Dolphin Research Center, just to name a few.

Booking Policies:
Minimum Stay: A 7-night minimum stay is required by city regulations, with no exceptions. The city determines the maximum occupancy, and it cannot be exceeded, covering adults, children, and infants.
Cancellation Policy: We maintain a strict 60-day cancellation policy. If the cancellation is made at least 60 days before the arrival date you can cancel your reservation and receive a full refund, excluding processing and admin fees. If you cancel within 60 days of the arrival date and we are able to secure another booking for the same time by opening the calendar, you will receive a full refund, minus processing and admin fees. If we are unable to secure another rental for the specified time, the deposit will be the only amount refunded.
Contract: Upon confirmation of your booking by our office, you will receive an Adobe E-Sign contract for signing. Once signed, the contract will be automatically returned to us.

Looking for a fabulous vacation home in the Keys? Look no further...we absolutely loved spending our vacation at Bonefish Bungalow! This was home away from home...exactly what our family needed. It was perfect in every way: very clean, spacious and stocked with all you need to get your vacation started. The location was so great and central to all of the activities we did while there. Our 4 kids loved having a pool so close to the home. It was so great seeing them take time to enjoy each other and take in the beauty of Marathon and the Keys in general. In fact, they actually said it was their favorite vacation to date, even better than any of our Disney vacations. That speaks volumes! This was such an awesome time together...therapeutic in every sense of the word. All of the recommended activities and restaurants were spot on! Whether exploring Marathon by bike, spending an afternoon at Bahia Honda State Park/Beach, spending hours on the sand bar with the family (Marathon Mermaid boat charters), or exploring the surrounding Keys, the words, “I’m bored” were never uttered from anyone! We can’t say enough about this awesome vacation home and the incredible getaway it offers! We tried to fit in all of the recommendations, but one week was not enough time to enjoy it all. The condo worked great for our group of eight. Having all three bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms and both single rooms having King size beds was a dream come true! The four kids thoroughly enjoyed the bunk room. This condo has all the comforts of home and is beautifully decorated. The rental management was wonderful to work with and was prompt with any questions and/or concerns we had. The grounds and pool area are beautiful. I would highly recommend staying here.

This was a great rental property. It had a good sized living area and bedrooms. I liked the fact it had two masters. The views were great! The property also has a very nice pool. I would definitely stay there again.

The rental is perfect for two families, with enough space that you never feel like you are crowding each other. The pool was nice and refreshing on the hot days. The kids enjoyed fishing from the dock every night. The condo was well stocked with everything we needed for our stay and for trips to the beach. We would definitely rent here again.

great place, great neighbors that live in the complex, well stocked with kitchen dishes, utensils, etc.
had alot of beach towels that was very helpful.
only drawback was check out was at 9 am which seems a bit early especially when you cant check in until 4pm

Our check in and check out times are advertised on our listings and in all of our paperwork, we do try to allow for late check outs and early check ins when there isn't another guest checking in or out of the same unit on the same day, otherwise, it does take us that time to completely flip the home for the next guest. We had a wonderful visit at the Bonefish Bungalow. It's a great unit with great views of the canal, and some of the best sunset views in Marathon, right from the porch. Great layout and very clean and comfortable. The Bonefish Marina complex is extremely well maintained and very comfortable. Pool and tennis courts are super. It's only a short walk or drive to Coco Plum Beach (public) and dogs are permitted. We had a great time!

My sisters and I spent 2 weeks at this amazing bungalow. The accommodations were extremely comfortable and the unit was very well equipped. We loved watching the sunsets from the porch and the wildlife around the marina. The grounds and the pool were very well maintained. We had many delicious dinners at different restaurants and snorkeling the reefs and kayaking the mangroves is a must. I would highly recommend this little piece of paradise for anyone’s vacation.
Always very nice ! We have rented here for 4 years and love the loacation and condo.
