Step into this freshly remodeled duplex with two bedrooms and two baths, and you'll immediately feel the urge to drop anchor and savor an extended stay. With unbeatable ocean views and a prime location, you're just a stroll away from the beach and conveniently close to local grocery stores. Situated in the peaceful Sombrero Beach Neighborhood, Anchor Bend is an ideal choice for the entire family. The outdoor space is a perfect oasis for unwinding after a full day or basking in the sun poolside!
House Rules, no exceptions:
-No smoking on property.
-No pets permitted on the property.
-No use of boat lift, or dockage of watercraft, even to unload a boat from the dock. Owner keeps boat on lift at home.
-No trailer parking available.

You will want to spend most of your time here outside enjoying the beautiful weather.

-Owner keeps boat on the lift at the home
-There is room for up to 2 normal-sized vehicles or one larger one. The owner keeps a small personal trailer on the property.
There are two public beaches and one state park nearby the home. Sombrero Beach is minutes away, Coco Plum is a 10-minute drive, and Curry Hammock State Park is 15 minutes away from the home.
VACA-20-133 Booking Notes:
**Off-site, we offer the option to rent dock space and storage for trailers. This home does not have any dockage available on-site and the boat lift is not for renter use. There is only room for vehicles, there is no room for trailers/watercraft at the property as there is already a small trailer on site.
Booking Policies:
Minimum Stay: A 7-night minimum stay is required by city regulations, with no exceptions. The city determines the maximum occupancy, and it cannot be exceeded, covering adults, children, and infants.
From November - April, there is an additional $150 charge/week for pool heat. We do recommend heating the pool during this time for optimal comfort and enjoyment. You may contact us if you do not want to have the pool heat on, for a $150 discount.
Cancellation Policy: We maintain a strict 60-day cancellation policy. If the cancellation is made at least 60 days before the arrival date you can cancel your reservation and receive a full refund, excluding processing and admin fees. If you cancel within 60 days of the arrival date and we are able to secure another booking for the same time by opening the calendar, you will receive a full refund, minus processing and admin fees. If we are unable to secure another rental for the specified time, the deposit will be the only amount refunded.
Contract: Upon confirmation of your booking by our office, you will receive an Adobe E-Sign contract for signing. Once signed, the contract will be automatically returned to us.

WE HAVE STAYED IN KEY WEST MANY TIMES SO WE THOUGHT WE WOULD TRY SOMETHING DIFFERENT. I'M HAPPY WE DID! WE REALLY ENJOYED THE PIECE AND QUIET AND LOVELY HOME. IT WAS ALL WE NEEDED. WOULD DO IT ALL OVER AGAIN!!

We had a wonderful week in this lovely home, that exceeded our expectations! It is just as wonderful as it look on the pictures, it’s so clean and great quality! We were sad to leave!
We had a few minor issues that was fixed immediately by the great team.. who provided excellent service! The communication was smooth and fast from booking to departure!
We can definitely recommend this wonderful place and the team that rents it out!

Everything was amazing! Anything and everything you need is there. Very good location right down the street from Publix. Great customer service was provided. The only thing that could have been better would have been the bedding. The bedding was not very conformable and maybe could use a fan or ceiling fan in master bedroom. Other than that could not ask for more!

We enjoyed our stay here! The home is tastefully decorated, well appointed and great technology/strong wi-fi. The pool is well maintained and just the right size to cool off and relax, though the owner’s large boat blocks the view of the channel and ocean. We loved the location, it’s very easy and close to get to Publix, and we enjoyed running and walking the neighborhood. Very accessible to Sombrero beach and playground.
While we would stay here again, we did find it very difficult to sleep with very firm mattresses, firm pillows, outdoor dock lighting (shades are not blackout), difficulty getting the temperature low enough to sleep comfortably, and loud AC unit.

Perfect for 2-4 people. Great location- quiet, peaceful, and near beach. Very clean and has a well stocked kitchen. Loved the back patio and pool area. Beds uncomfortable but everything else was wonderful.

Clean nicely appointed home. Close to entrance of canal so view out to ocean. Natural scene across canal - no homes. Small but nice pool area with room to sun bath or just hang out.
