Boulevard Paradise is a family-friendly home that’s a guest favorite, offering plenty of space and comfort. Enjoy fishing, paddleboarding, kayaking, or simply relax by the heated pool and spa. Across the street, you can play golf at the local Marathon Golf Course. With direct access to Boot Key Harbor and ample dockage for a larger boat, it's ideal for water enthusiasts. The upstairs and downstairs are connected by an exterior staircase, providing plenty of room for multiple families.

The Downstairs is separate from the upstairs and accessed via exterior staircase and includes:
-TV room with another refrigerator directly off pool deck
-Fourth bedroom with king bed, Bar area including coffee maker and microwave and the third bathroom (note the only downstairs bathroom is in this open floor plan room)
-Fifth bedroom with a king bed
You'll want to spend your time outside enjoying the sun, and this home has all of the areas for it.

There are two public beaches and one state park nearby the home. Sombrero Beach is minutes away, Coco Plum is a 6 minute drive, and Curry Hammock State Park is 10 minutes away from the home.
This home does have exterior security cameras.
Booking Policies:
Minimum Stay: A 7-night minimum stay is required by city regulations, with no exceptions. The city determines the maximum occupancy, and it cannot be exceeded, covering adults, children, and infants.
Cancellation Policy: We maintain a strict 60-day cancellation policy. If the cancellation is made at least 60 days before the arrival date you can cancel your reservation and receive a full refund, excluding processing and admin fees. If you cancel within 60 days of the arrival date and we are able to secure another booking for the same time by opening the calendar, you will receive a full refund, minus processing and admin fees. If we are unable to secure another rental for the specified time, the deposit will be the only amount refunded.
Contract: Upon confirmation of your booking by our office, you will receive an Adobe E-Sign contract for signing. Once signed, the contract will be automatically returned to us.

We spent a week at the house and it was PERFECT! Everything was as we expected and more. Extremely well stocked kitchen, the house was clean, and the outside area was spectacular!

The house is beautiful and has everything you need for your stay from towels for the pool, toys for the sand box, ice machine for your coolers, etc. We had everything we needed for a great experience. Great location and easy access to Key West. Would highly recommend this house if you are heading to the Keys.

This home has everything you could need. We found that we never really needed to..or wanted to.. leave! The kayaks, pool, hot tub, sandy beach area, dock for boat, ice maker, bait freezer, water hoses....they all made our stay so convenient and easy. The home was very clean when we arrived. We will be back!

We loved this house so much. We had 3 families and there was plenty of room for all. We saw a lot of iguanas, a dolphin eating dinner, and a manatee came to visit us several times. We had one or two things that maintenance needed to address and they were prompt and communicated with me the whole time. It was just the perfect spot and we will definitely be back. The only comment I would make comes from the family who stayed in the downstairs area, and they wished the mattress was a bit softer/newer or that there was a memory foam topper; they said the bed was a bit uncomfortable.

The house was great. Lots of room for everyone to stretch out and have their own space. The pool was great, loved that there were floats and pool toys to use. This house had a lot of extras like the ice maker, the bait freezer, pool towels, etc. The location was great and in the middle of everything. Just make sure you know you can only have 1 bag of garbage at checkout. We didn’t know that and needed up paying for a extra garbage pickup. Contract says when garbage pick up is but as there is a day and a half between that and checkout limiting a bag to 10 people is hard. Thanks!!

We do allow one can of trash at check out, any more than that we find it is unfair for the incoming guests to have to take out the previous guests trash, which requires us paying someone to come remove the trash from the property.Hope that sheds a little light on the procedure. We had an excellent time at this house. From the heated pool to the screened in porch to the beach toys, everything was just perfect. We had 2 families staying together and the upstairs/downstairs units gave us enough space to spread out. We would lovw to stay here again!

I dont think there is one thing that stands out about this home because everything was so nice. Wait, let me correct, the ice machine and bait freezer in the garage was the icing on the cake.The ice machine is such a bonus. The set up of the home inside and out is very nice. Inside very comfortable and updated and A/c works great.. Anything you need is here. Outside is all paved and flows nicely around the pool to the Tiki Hut to the very nice dock area. Everything in perfect updated condition and well thought out. For boating, the home is located on Sisters Creek, a major canal thorofare that basically connects the Atlantic to the Gulf. About 10-15 min boat ride at slow speed to open water.Bait, fuel and Dining all available too. 20 minutes to the 7 mile bridge. Experienced boaters and families that like to chill, will love this place. The management staff is exceptional, especially Kayla. The owners sent a beautiful tropical bouquet and a delicious key lime pie from Sara’s because of a few minor issues that were handled by Kayla within 30 min or less. That was a very nice gesture..Thanks for a fun, memorable, comfortable week.

What an amazing place to stay in the perfect location! We had everything we could need-- lovely rooms, ample space, kitchen amenities, and beautiful views from the covered porches and patios overlooking the water. Quick drive/Uber to restaurants, shops, Sombrero Beach, groceries and more, and an easy drive to Key West. Would 100% stay here again!

The house was perfect. It was very clean and beautifully decorated. Had everything we needed to cook when we wanted. Located close to some amazing restaurants when we didn’t want to cook. The house has an amazing pool and hot tub. We used the paddle boards and kayaks daily for trips to Sombrero beach or just through the channels. We even got to see a manatee right from their dock. Overall, the house is amazing and has everything you would ever need for a great vacation in Marathon, Fl.

Words cannot express how amazing this property is. I have traveled all over the world and have stayed in many different houses and hotels. Nothing compares to this beauty. The house was immaculate and full of charm. Whoever decorated this home did not leave one stone unturned. There are plenty of amenities and you don’t even have to leave the property to have a blast. From your own private beach to the beautiful zen garden. Who can ask for more. I recommend this place to everyone. If you are fortunate enough to take a vacation and want a life long memorable experience then this place is perfect for you!

Our family spent Christmas week in this gorgeous home! 8 adults and 4 children and we had an absolute blast! My daughters, my son and his wife, 4 grandchildren (3y, 20m, 18m, and 4m) and I flew down. My husband and sons-in-law drove a 15 passenger van down - we had a lot of baby paraphernalia, fishing gear, and golf clubs! The house was plenty big enough for all of us and our stuff! Great supply of pool and beach toys are provided. The doors are alarmed so we felt very comfortable that the little ones couldn’t get to the pool area w/o us knowing. The pack-n-play and booster seat were both brand new and it seems all the dishes, linens, and everything else were either brand new as well or in like new condition. We rented a boat and having it right there at the dock was fabulous. And ... Santa knew where we were! Look no further - this house has everything you need and more! Francie W and family

This house was amazing!!! The paddle boards, the pool, the beach! Couldn’t have asked for a better location! The inside was immaculate and decorated so cute and was a perfect house for our family and my 3 year old and four month old, the alarms on the door made me feel so comfortable knowing they couldn’t get out and to the pool and there were beach and pool toys and plenty of room! We had an absolute blast and will definitely be back next year to this hidden gem!

I’ve go on a dive trip every year to Marathon and rent a different 4 bedroom house every time, this was my 15th year going. We started our search for the house we were going to rent and we found this new home that just went up for rental 2001 Sombrero. We looked at the pics and it looked really nice but we have learned from the past that pics can be deceiving. Well let me tell you they definitely were it was actually way better than the pics could ever portray! There are endless amenities at this Home, these homeowners have thought about every little detail. I’m not one to take the time to write a review but I was so blown away that I felt it was necessary. It is always a challenge to find a nice house with 4 bedrooms and so this one having 5 was just that much better! The pool and hot tub is unbelievable, the lighting, sound system, dock, beach, paddle boards, kayaks, life jackets, fish/bait freezers........... it’s all just amazing! They even have a drying rack for dive gear that self cleans all the salt water off the gear! Nicest, cleanest kitchen and baths I’ve ever seen. Furniture is new and beautiful! We literally could not think of one thing that we would want or need. After 15 years I have found the place I will always go back to. We bring a boat and the location is absolutely perfect to go wherever we want. I’m not sure if the home owner will read this but if you do I just want to say thank you so much for this amazing home that made me and my family feel so at home in. I’ve never had such a great experience. Thank you, thank you!

I have rented beach homes in Kauai, Oahu, Molokai, and the big island of Hawaii--this place tops them all! From the big items (huge dock, drive through garage, pool, spa, gazebo, sand beach entry for kayaks/paddle boards, and giant second story screened deck) to the little things (great outdoor sound system with adjustable mood lights, garage freezer for bait and fish fillets, awesome washing/drying rack for beach/scuba gear), the owners really thought this place out. There's a separate entry for the 2 down stair bedrooms, and all the furnishings are new and spotless. It is ideally located for getting to open water in a matter of minutes. We will definitely be back next year!

Great house for a group of friends. Upstairs has a fabulous kitchen, living room and dining room. Fantastic master suite and two very comfortable rooms. Downstairs is almost like a separate house, roomy and comfortable. Great pool and spa, fantastic dock and tons of extras . Location is close to everything yet feels very secluded with open space all around .
